If you're looking for a fully project-managed service, we'll take care of every detail from plans to completion.

 

We offer a few options for your renovation project, each service fantastically helpful in obtaining the high standard and look you want to achieve.

 

 

Creating the shell

Includes consideration of walls, doors, openings, electrical points, audio visual points and fitted furniture. We also consider plumbing, wiring, tiling, fitting and bathroom and kitchen layouts.

Finishing, furnishings and Styling

This includes painting and decorating, surface finishes, lighting, furniture, soft furnishing and styling.

 

For each stage we provide a mood board of ideas and designs which we adapt in consultation with you. Once the scheme is agreed our detailed planning starts and you can sit back and await the transformation.

We will agree your budget for each purchase and we will work closely with you every step of the way on important style decisions regarding fixtures, fittings and furniture.

 

This will involve a mixture of online sourcing, contacts in the trade and personally trawling around some secret locations to find you the important and unique pieces for your interior.

Drawings

Scale drawings can save you time, money and confusion. They detail every wall, ceiling and floor and clearly label all design elements of your interior scheme.

 

Drawings also provide the builder with everything they need in advance of providing a quote, which avoids hidden costs, allows efficient planning and ensures your decisions are carried out at every stage.

Beyond the specification, planning and costings, we collaborate with your builder as the project progresses, smoothing out issues and refining the work flow to achieve the perfect results.
